Workout Update
I am up to 3 mile runs!! I just went for it…and you know what? It really wasn’t that hard. If you set your mind to something you can usually get it done. So this week I ran 3 miles on Sunday and 3 miles on Monday, skipped Tuesday and Wednesday becauseĀ I was not feeling great and Thursday was a 2 mile run. I have not weighed myself, I guess I’m just looking to see more results appearance wise than weight wise. I’ll run 3 miles tonight and hopefully squeeze in a 2 mile run in the morning.
I am very proud of myself and never thought I would be able to run that far without walking or stopping.

Workout Update
Ok, so I started my running routine a week ago today. I ran Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, Thur, and I will run tonight as well. First 4 nights I ran one mile. Each night I would try to beat the time of the night before and was successful:) Thursday night (last night) I ran 2 miles!! Which felt great! I have never run that far before without stopping. So that was a first for me. I plan to do it again tonight. I also added in some crunches and lifting my 10lb weight to start toning my arms.
I’m feeling really good and I’m proud of myself. I didn’t do anything crazy this week, but running 2 miles yesterday for the first time ever was a great feeling. I have not stepped on the scale yet. I plan on doing that tomorrow morning. I haven’t changed my diet at all really. Maybe just less snacks throughout the day.
